- The author mentions a report received regarding a rebellion of Indigenous people in San Andrés del Teúl, where they attacked local authorities and looted public property. The chief of police is asked to take measures to capture those responsible, investigate the causes of the rebellion, and determine if there was complicity from local residents or authorities. The chief of police is also asked to request assistance from the State of Zacatecas if necessary. It is mentioned the need to ensure the detention of the guilty parties and it is established that the expenses generated in this operation must be paid provisionally by the municipality, which must then be reimbursed. —— El autor menciona un informe recibido sobre una sublevación de indígenas en San Andrés del Teúl, donde atacaron a autoridades locales y saquearon bienes públicos. También se pide al jefe de policía que solicite ayuda al Estado de Zacatecas si es necesario.
