General Note:
The authoritative name of this site is Ranchos De Las Cabras, informally known as Mision de las Cabras ("Mission of the Goats"). The site was a ranching outpost of Mission San Francisco De La Espada, named for the goats and other cattle raised there. "Mission de las Cabreras," which appears on the drawing, is a misspelling of Mision de las Cabras. [A. Anderson, 2020-12-16]
