Description:
The author mentions a report received regarding a rebellion of Indigenous people in San Andrés del Teúl, where they attacked local authorities and looted public property. The chief of police is asked to take measures to capture those responsible, investigate the causes of the rebellion, and determine if there was complicity from local residents or authorities. The chief of police is also asked to request assistance from the State of Zacatecas if necessary.
